Our coordination services allow clients to relax and savor their event while we handle the details behind the scenes. Wedding day of coordination begins 12 weeks before the wedding day, while special events coordination starts 6 weeks prior, both with comprehensive agenda planning.

We tailor events to align with your vision. After securing our service, we craft a design board to actualize your event concept. This visual aid assists in harmonizing decor, furniture, lighting and other elements with your venue’s setup. Together, we will work on producing an inspiring ambiance for your event and selecting the appropriate rental supplies to bring your vision into reality.
